Provisional Agreement on European Health Data Space

On 15 March 2024, the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament reached after much debate a provisional agreement on a proposal for a Regulation on the European Health Data Space (EHDS Regulation). The agreement marks a breakthrough for the adoption of the European Health Data Space.
