Van Bael & Bellis serve as editors of new Chambers merger control guide, contribute EU chapter

Chambers and Partners has published the 2022 edition of its Global Practice Guide to Merger Control, which covers the main jurisdictional, substantive and procedural aspects of merger control law in 36 of the world’s major jurisdictions. Van Bael & Bellis partners Jean-François Bellis and Porter Elliott served as editors of the publication and authored the Introduction to the Guide. Porter Elliott and counsel Catherine Gordley contributed the EU chapter of the Guide.
