Congratulations to Sopra Steria Group on successfully reaching an agreement on a recommended all-cash (approximately EUR 518 million) public offer for all shares in Ordina.
It was a true pleasure for VBB, working alongside Houthoff, to support this. Our M&A team, led by partners Caroline Daout and Michel Bonne, counsel Hannelore Matthys and associate Marija Dutcik, together with our Competition team, assisted Sopra Steria Group to achieve this first milestone in the process.
