Our corporate M&A team is pleased to have assisted Astadia, a US industry leader for mainframe migrations and modernisations, in relation to the acquisition of Anubex, a Belgian leading provider of core software solutions, know-how, and support for complex mainframe-to-cloud migration and modernisation projects.
