Van Bael & Bellis assists Parcom on the acquisition of a majority stake in Yource

Our corporate M&A team assists Dutch investment company Parcom in relation to the Belgian aspects of the acquisition of the majority of the shares in Yource. The management of Yource and Belgian private equity fund KeBeK will remain shareholders. Yource is the market leader in customer contact services within the Benelux, and offers a unique combination of recruitment, insourcing, outsourcing, nearshoring and offshoring services. The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval. At the same time, Yource reached an agreement with PostNL about the acquisition of Cendris.
