Van Bael & Bellis assists CleanLease on its acquisition of the Gaverland Group

Our corporate M&A team successfully assisted CleanLease, provider of integrated textile products and services and portfolio company of Dutch private equity fund ACC, in relation to its acquisition of the Gaverland Group. The Gaverland Group is located in Belgium and the Netherlands and specialises in the treatment of personal laundry of residents in residential care centres and psychiatric hospitals, as well as industrial clothing. Following the acquisition of Lips+ and the Malysse Group last year, this add-on will allow CleanLease to further expand its activities and geographical coverage in the Benelux.
