Our corporate M&A team is pleased to have assisted Bidfood Belgium, a Belgian subsidiary of the South-African listed food service group Bidcorp, on the acquisition of Foster Fast Food. 

Foster Fast Food BV, headquartered in Mechelen, is a distributer of fast-food products in Belgium and neighbouring countries. With this acquisition, Bidfood will further strengthen its position on the Belgian market.

The transactional team consisted of partner Michel Bonne, counsel Sara Beutels and associates Sarah Arens and Vincent Reijns.
