Supported by Senior Associate Virginie Lescot and Associate Charles-Antoine Du Bus, VBB Corporate Partner Caroline Daout assisted Malteries Soufflet, which was recently acquired by InVivo group, a leading group in the agriculture and food, to close their acquisition of La Malterie du Château, which has a worldwide reputation and has a unique offer of traditional and special malts. This transaction will give Malteries Soufflet the opportunity to develop its activity on the craft market with higher added value, with a platform allowing it to serve brewers all over the world.
