Congratulations to Betsson!
Michel Bonne and Andreas Wuylens of VBB’s transactions team are very happy to have assisted Betsson as Belgian legal counsel in connection with the envisaged acquisition of betFIRST. They worked closely together with their employment, data protection and other colleagues within VBB. Completion remains subject to fulfilment of various closing obligations.
