On 4 October 2018, Van Bael & Bellis senior counsel Pei Fang Lo spoke at a seminar on the “EU Anti-Dumping Regulation: Latest Developments” organized by the Chinese National Federation of Industries in Taiwan. Pei Fang’s presentation offered an introduction to the recent amendments to the basic Anti-Dumping Regulation made in 2017 and 2018. She also explained the European Commission’s practices in recent investigations and how the newly amended Regulation is being applied.
