On 21 October 2021, Pei Fang Lo spoke at a seminar on the “Latest Developments in EU anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations” organised by the Chinese National Federation of Industries in Taiwan. Pei Fang’s presentation offered an introduction to updated practices in EU anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations. In particular, she focused on market distortion, the temporary suspension of anti-dumping measures, and transnational subsidies.
