Pei Fang Lo speaks on “EU Trade Remedies: Latest Developments” at a seminar in Taiwan

On 22 October 2020, Van Bael & Bellis Senior Counsel Pei Fang Lo spoke at a seminar on “EU Trade Remedies: Latest Developments” organized by the Chinese National Federation of Industries in Taiwan. Pei Fang’s presentation offered an introduction to observations made on recent determinations of EU trade remedies which reflect the updated practice following amendments to the basic Anti-Dumping Regulation and the basic Anti-Subsidy Regulation in 2017 and 2018. In particular, she focused on transnational subsidies, the new calculation method of normal value and the application of the lesser duty rule.
