A book chapter on environmental policy and trade law, authored by Van Bael & Bellis associates Marcus Gustafsson and Victor Crochet, has been published in a book on “EU Environmental Governance – Current and Future Challenges” edited by Amandine Orsini and Elena Kavvatha. Titled “At the crossroads of trade and environment”, the chapter discusses the growing influence of environmental policy on EU trade law.
