Our transactions team successfully assisted JOZ, a leading manufacturer and distributor of modern barn cleaning equipment and feed distribution systems active in more than 30 countries, on the acquisition of Fullwood, a premium international supplier of robotic milking solutions.
With the acquisition, JOZ aims to reinforce its position on the market of high-tech equipment and machinery for livestock barns. The official press release can be found here.
The deal team was led by M&A partner Michel Bonne, counsel Sara Beutels and associate Sander Vrolix for the employment aspects, as well as senior associate Sarah Arens and associate Adriaan Willaert for the transactional aspects.
