Our transactions team successfully assisted Dutch investment fund Quadrum Capital on the acquisition of LensOnline, a leading supplier of contact lenses.
The acquisition aims to expand Quadrum Capital’s investment portfolio. The official press release can be found here.
The deal team was led by M&A partner Michel Bonne, counsel Hannelore Matthys and associate Lucas De Four for the financing aspects, and senior associate Sarah Arens and associates Sophie Ceulemans and Adriaan Willaert for the acquisitions aspects.
