Investors' rights to bring Investment Claims under the NAFTA Investment Chapter expires soon

The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) kept alive the investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) for three years. This survival period is now coming to an end. Investors must now take urgent action to notify any investment claim by 31 March 2023 and to submit their request for arbitration before 1 July 2023.
