Van Bael & Bellis assists shareholders of S&F Group on sale to Kebek and BNP Paribas Fortis Belgium Private Equity

Van Bael & Bellis assisted the shareholders of S&F Group, including E-Capital II and LFPE, in relation to the sale thereof to Belgian private equity funds Kebek and BNP Paribas Fortis Belgium Private Equity. In addition, the corporate team also advised S&F Group’s management on their investment in the company.
A result of the consolidation of several companies across Belgium, S&F Group is one of the largest players in Belgium on the outdoor illuminated signs and façade cladding markets. Over the past few decades, the company has been responsible for the visual image of some of the most well-known companies and retail chains in Belgium.
The deal team was led by Van Bael & Bellis partner Michel Bonne who was assisted by associates Mattias Verbeeck and Vincent Chantillon. The transaction was closed at the end of 2017.
