On 24 September 2020, Van Bael & Bellis partner and head of competition Andrzej Kmiecik spoke at the vertical restraints and distribution conference organised online by Informa Connect. The topic of Andrzej’s presentation was recent and future developments concerning resale price maintenance (RPM) and he looked at how the authorities now approach RPM, along with a review of recent RPM decisions as well as an analysis of the future implications of the Commission’s current evaluation of the vertical restraints regime.
