On 9 May 2017, Van Bael & Bellis Partner Peter L'Ecluse was quoted in a GCR article on Belgium Competition Authority issuing fines of €1,779,000 to five railway infrastructure suppliers for colluding on public contracts offered by country’s national railway network.
