Etsuko Kameoka authors a series of articles on the European Commission’s Fining System in Competition Law Investigations

Van Bael & Bellis counsel Etsuko Kameoka is writing a series of articles on “The European Commission’s Fining System in Competition Law Investigations under Articles 101 and 102 TFEU”.
The first article in the series deals with recent cases of the European Commission and its policy on fining, whilst the second article examines in detail the European Commission’s 2006 Guidelines on the method of setting fines.
The articles are being published by New Business Law (in Japanese) and the first and second articles appeared in January 2017 and March 2017, respectively.
