Darach Connolly speaks at the Irish Society of European Law in Dublin

On 5 September 2018, Van Bael & Bellis associate Darach Connolly spoke to the Competition Law Forum at the Irish Society of European Law (ISEL) in Dublin. The subject of Darach’s presentation was the rise of Big Data and the application of possible competition-based theories of harm to large or important data sets.
The panel was chaired by Francis O'Toole, Associate Professor of Economics at Trinity College Dublin. Robert O'Donoghue QC at Brick Court Chambers spoke about recent cases on dominance in EU and UK competition law.
