On 20 November 2018, Van Bael & Bellis senior counsel Andreas Reindl spoke on recent developments in competition law in the area of vertical restraints at the Advanced EU Competition Law Conference in Brussels. The presentation focused on major EU and national case developments concerning online distribution restraints, the European Commission’s enforcement priorities, and national cases examining price parity clauses.
The presentation was held jointly with Andreas Eberhardt, Senior Legal Counsel, Antitrust, Richemont.
