Advocate General Rantos proposes that the General Court judgment in ISU v Commission be set aside by the Court of Justice

In a landmark Opinion issued on 15 December 2022, Advocate General Rantos proposes that the Court of Justice set aside the judgment of the General Court which had partly dismissed the International Skating Union’s (ISU) appeal against the 2017 EU Commission Decision finding that the ISU Eligibility rules restrict competition.
