Van Bael & Bellis successfully assisted TouchPoint, Inc., the parent company of Supply Point Systems, Ltd. and worldwide market leader in automated point-of-use inventory solutions, in relation to its second Belgian acquisition this year.  Vanas Engineering, based in Beveren (Belgium), supplies computer controlled storage systems and related software systems designed for use in factories, warehouses and distribution centres.  This acquisition allows TouchPoint to further expand its business and customers in the European market and consolidate its presence in the Benelux countries.
