Through its pro bono activities, Van Bael & Bellis assists developing countries and organisations of such countries in
(i) negotiations on the reform of the investor-State dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism and
(ii) general capacity building in WTO dispute settlement and intervening as a third party in WTO panel proceedings.
