We would like to congratulate the Great Salt Lake Brine Shrimp Cooperative for their successful acquisition of Ocean Nutrition Europe (BE) and Marine Nutrition (TL), two major global actors of the fish feeds and artemia markets! It has been our pleasure assisting the Cooperative on their first acquisition in Europe and Asia.
Our M&A team consisted of partner Michel Bonne and associates Seppe Jansegers and Viktor Francq, together with our employment, IP/IT and finance colleagues.
