Michelle Linderman discusses sanctions enforcement from the UK perspective

Sanctions partner Michelle Linderman is speaking on 6 July at an early evening event titled Lessons Learned in UK/French/Dutch Sanctions Enforcement organised in Amsterdam by the Association of Certified Sanctions Specialists (ACSS) Benelux Chapter and hosted by Lexis Nexis. Michelle will be discussing recent trends in sanctions and export controls enforcement from the UK perspective, and will be exchanging views with fellow speakers covering the French and Dutch angles.
The ACSS is a professional membership body for global sanctions professional. It was formed to advance sanctions compliance by supporting the professional development of individuals working in the field, and works with international organisations including the UN Security Council – Sanctions Division and the European Commission on Private-Public Partnership to achieve that aim. Michelle is a board member of the ACSS London Chapter with responsibility for legal advisory issues, and regularly participates in ACSS events.
