Overview
Andreas Wuylens focuses on Belgian business law, with a particular emphasis on corporate law as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Van Bael & Bellis, Andreas worked in the Brussels office of a well-known international law firm where he mainly advised on the tax aspects of cross-border corporate and financial transactions. He also gained valuable experience as a research assistant at a boutique Belgian law firm, and during internships at the Brussels office of a Benelux law firm and the Brussels office of a US law firm.
