Sander Vrolix

Overview

Sander Vrolix focuses on employment law.

His practice consists of assisting international and Belgian companies in various areas of individual employment law, such as recruitment, dismissals, employee benefits, health and safety issues and privacy.

He has particular experience in collective employment law, such as transfers of undertakings, outsourcing and collective dismissals.

Sander is also qualified to represent clients before the Belgian Supreme Court in criminal matters.

Prior to joining Van Bael & Bellis, Sander worked as an associate in two leading Belgian law firms
