Mattias specialises in corporate law, with a particular emphasis on transactional work.
He has experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions, advising Belgian and foreign clients (including private equity and venture capital firms as well as all sorts of industrial players) on a wide range of public and private M&A deals. Further, he has notable experience in restructuring assignments (representing distressed companies, creditors as well as interested third party buyers).
During 2016, Mattias worked in the corporate M&A department of a top tier law firm headquartered in Amsterdam.
