The World Trademark Review has published its Anti-counterfeiting Guide 2016 which features a chapter on Belgium by Van Bael & Bellis associates Thibaut D’hulst and Eléonore Waterkeyn. The guide provides a practical analysis of anti-counterfeiting procedure.
