Peter L'Ecluse and Catherine Longeval speak at the 8th IBA World Life Sciences Conference 2022 in Paris

As Co-Chair of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), Van Bael & Bellis partner Catherine Longeval was involved in the organisation of the 8th Annual World Life Sciences Conference which took place in Paris on 3 and 4 June 2022. As was the case in previous years, the IBA’s World Life Sciences Conference brings together prominent life science practitioners from government, industry and private practice to discuss key issues affecting pharmaceuticals, biotechnology products, medical devices and health services.
In a session addressing international transparency and cooperation for pricing and reimbursement, Van Bael & Bellis partner Peter L’Ecluse explored burning questions in this important field along with Alexandre Carbonell, Associate Director, NERA; Sarah Marshall, Vice President and Head of Legal Department, Alexion; and Nicolas Pourbaix, Senior Counsel and Legal Director, Amgen. The session was presided over by Jordi Faus, partner, Faus & Moliner, and Christophe Ronse, partner, Altius.
