Van Bael & Bellis partner Fabrizio Di Gianni has been quoted by POLITICO in an article on the decision by the Australian government to partially withdraw anti-dumping duties previously imposed on Italian canned tomato producers. This decision follows a recommendation by the Australian Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) further to appeals made by Van Bael & Bellis on behalf of the producers concerned.
