On 12 May 2017, Jean-François Bellis participated in two panels at the Conference on “Economic Evidence in Competition Law and the Future of the Moore Economic Approach” organized in Amsterdam by the University of Groningen and UCL.
The first panel focused on the transformation of institutions and procedures for a “more economic” oriented competition law enforcement on the basis of an introductory speech by Miro Prek, judge at the EU General Court. The second panel took the form of a roundtable discussion on the future of the “more economic” approach in competition law enforcement in Europe.
