On 14 May 2020, Van Bael & Bellis partner Fabrizio Di Gianni participated in a webinar on antitrust enforcement in the time of coronavirus organised by the Italian Antitrust Association. The President of the Italian Antitrust Association Alberto Pera opened the webinar. Fabrizio spoke on the Commission Antitrust Temporary Framework Notice and the first Comfort Letter issued by the Commission. Other speakers were Filippo Arena, Secretary General of the Italian Competition Authority, Mario Libertini, Libertini Scognamiglio law firm, and Antonio Matoni, Director of Legislative Affairs, Confindustria. The webinar was moderated by Francesco Anglani of the Italian Antitrust Association.
