On 14 March 2018, Van Bael & Bellis partner Andrzej Kmiecik spoke at GCR Live’s Annual IP, Antitrust & Innovation conference in Brussels. He participated in the session on competition policy in the digital age. Other members of the panel included Birgit Krueger, Head, General Policy Division, Bundeskartellamt, Bonn, Hans Friederiszick of E. CA Economics (former member of the Chief Economist Unit, DG Competition) and Kristina Nordlander, Partner, Sidley Austin.
