Van Bael & Bellis partner Andrzej Kmiecik participated as a panelist in a session at GCR Live 10th Annual Competition Law Conference: The Bigger Picture held on 9-10 July 2018 in Brussels. The panel discussed the Commission’s and national regulators’ approaches to calculating competition law fines.
The panel session was moderated by Assimakis Komninos, White & Case, Brussels. Other members of the panel were Goetz Drauz, Sullivan & Comwell, Brussels, Elena Zoido, Compass Lexecon, Madrid and David Foster, Frontier Economics, London.
