On 21 May 2019, Van Bael & Bellis partner Andrzej Kmiecik moderated the panel session on competition law in the digital sector at the Competition Law Central & Eastern Europe 2019 conference organised by KNect 365 Law in Warsaw.
Other members of the panel were Sabine Zigelski (Senior Competition Expert, Competition Division, Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs, OECD, France), Jakob Kucharczyk (Vice President, Competition & EU Regulatory Policy, Computer and Communications Industry Association (CCIA) Europe, Belgium) and Katarina Fulir (Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, CSR and Security, Tele2, Croatia).
