On 26 October 2018, Van Bael & Bellis partner Richard Luff spoke at a conference on trade defence instruments organized by and held at the Institute for European Studies of the University of Brussels (VUB). Richard’s presentation offered an assessment of the new Article 2(6a) of the Basic Anti-Dumping Regulation in light of the WTO’s Biodiesel rulings.
